Job Overview
This role is responsible for maintaining and developing relationships between Ardo UK, its customers, and suppliers. The successful candidate will provide premier technical service, aid in the development and maintenance of quality management systems, and participate in new product development projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example and take a hands-on operational approach to ensure excellent customer service.
- Contribute ideas and solutions to improve team service delivery and maintain high-quality standards.
- Support other team members regarding issues as they arise and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience within the Food Manufacturing Industry.
- Food Safety training and HACCP Level 3 certification.
- Good level of PC literacy and ability to work on own initiative.
- Excellent time management and ability to navigate and create specifications, questionnaires, and SAQs.
