Regional Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven sales professional to join our team in the South West region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maximising our profitability and business development of paving customers in National and Independent Builder Merchants.
- Manage and develop key relationships with customers and internal teams to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and explore further with the line manager.
- Lead training sessions with customers and internal coordinators on selling techniques and material training.
- Manage the budget and overall performance for the South West region, in line with approved targets.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, outcomes, and enquiries.
- Grow our customer presence in the South West region through proactive engagement and marketing ideas.
- Liaise with sales coordinators and other colleagues to promote additional revenue opportunities.
- Full UK driving license.
- Must live in the South West of England and be happy to work on the road and occasional overnight stays.
- External sales/field sales experience.
- 23 days holiday + bank holidays.
- Company car + fuel card.
- Death in service benefit.
- Bonus scheme.
