Job Title: Commercial Administrator

Stonyhurst College is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Commercial Manager and be responsible for the planning and execution of events.

The 'Stonyhurst Experience' is a commercial trading arm of Stonyhurst College, offering a combination of academic and co-curricular courses on both a residential and non-residential basis. The role will involve liaising with the Experience Team regarding the marketing strategy, student and staff recruitment, and managing the financial budgets.

The ideal candidate will have experience of office administration or working within a school environment and be able to cope under the pressure of a busy office. They will also have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and be comfortable working with online booking and management software systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Experience Team with financial administration and reporting
  • Assisting the Experience Team with the international marketing of the 'Stonyhurst Experience'
  • Undertaking all marketing administration relating to the 'Stonyhurst Experience'
  • Managing and organizing all accommodation and transport requirements for the 'Stonyhurst Experience' programmes
  • Assisting as part of a working office rota, according to the needs of the business
  • Being involved and assisting with the delivery of the Experience strategy throughout the academic year
