Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead AV Installation Specialist to join our dynamic team at Concept, a leading provider of cutting-edge Digital Signage, Audio Visual, and IT solutions.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the installation of complex Audio Visual systems, collaborating with Senior Engineers to find innovative solutions, and managing a project team to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performing installation activities according to specifications and industry standards
  • Utilizing advanced soldering, crimping, and terminating skills to ensure high-quality installations
  • Collaborating with Senior Engineers to develop and implement engineering solutions on site
  • Managing and motivating a project team to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Ensuring systems are thoroughly tested and ready for handover to clients
  • Installing and configuring Video Conferencing and Audio Visual systems to meet client requirements

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong technical abilities with a CTS qualification or equivalent preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with AV installations, control systems, and project management
  • Ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions in a dynamic environment
  • Must hold a full, clean UK driving license
