Job Title: Lead AV Installation Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead AV Installation Engineer to join our team at Concept. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for leading the installation of AV systems, ensuring high-quality results, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the installation of AV systems, including video conferencing and audio visual systems
  • Manage and motivate a team of installation engineers to ensure high-quality results and meet project deadlines
  • Work closely with project managers and senior engineers to ensure seamless project execution
  • Develop and implement engineering solutions to complex AV installation challenges
  • Ensure all installations meet the required standards and are completed on time
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure all installations meet quality standards

Requirements:

  • CTS Qualified or equivalent experience
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with AV installation, video conferencing, and audio visual systems
  • Strong understanding of control systems, AMX/Crestron, and video conferencing systems
