Job Overview

Career Trails is a dynamic Central London firm seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Director to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Part Three Associate Director or Director with experience in Datacentres. As an Associate Director, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of our company, enabling you to fast-track to Director level including equity in the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead Datacentre projects from conception to completion.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Provide strategic direction and guidance to the team, ensuring all project objectives are met.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of team members.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying any potential issues and implementing solutions.
Requirements:
  • Part Three qualification in Architecture or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in datacentre projects.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
