Oyster's clients rely on us to deliver exceptional outcomes in the data centre market. As a Director of Data Centres, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's strategy and driving results.

With circa £100 billion in Assets Under Management globally, our client presents a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact. Your focus will be on preparing and monitoring budget processes to ensure alignment with targeted returns.

The current European operation comprises circa 30 headcount, covering Investment, Asset Management, Finance & Legal. This presents a prime opportunity for aggressive expansion into new areas.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing leading strategies to drive new lease negotiations.
  • Identifying and delivering key capex/AEI projects in accordance with Property life cycles.
  • Ensuring seamless integration of new acquisitions, including property manager appointments and new business plan development.

A rewarding package of up to £100,000 per annum, pending experience, plus a significant discretionary bonus, 11% pension contribution, and other benefits awaits the ideal candidate.
