Business Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Project Coordinator to join our team at United Living Group. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced business with ambitious growth plans and a huge contract pipeline.
About the RoleThis is a full-time permanent role working 8am-5pm Monday to Friday from our North-West Office in Warrington or our Glasgow Office. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a project coordinator/assistant build manager within telecoms, although this is not essential.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule defect visits and conduct lessons learnt talks with field engineers and office staff.
- Input site data into internal and client systems where required.
- Database downloads of client systems drawings/surveys/data sheets.
- Complete and issue method statements, risk assessments, Health & Safety Packs, and Quality Plans.
- Provide general support administration as requested by the build manager.
- Good level of IT skills including Excel and Site Tracker.
- Experience managing field engineer on-the-day queries.

The estimated salary for this role is around £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a company pension, life insurance, health cash plan, and wellness programmes.
