Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Project Coordinator to join our team at United Living Group. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced business with ambitious growth plans and a huge contract pipeline.

About the Role

This is a full-time permanent role working 8am-5pm Monday to Friday from our North-West Office in Warrington or our Glasgow Office. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a project coordinator/assistant build manager within telecoms, although this is not essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule defect visits and conduct lessons learnt talks with field engineers and office staff.
  • Input site data into internal and client systems where required.
  • Database downloads of client systems drawings/surveys/data sheets.
  • Complete and issue method statements, risk assessments, Health & Safety Packs, and Quality Plans.
  • Provide general support administration as requested by the build manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Good level of IT skills including Excel and Site Tracker.
  • Experience managing field engineer on-the-day queries.

Salary and Benefits Package

The estimated salary for this role is around £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a company pension, life insurance, health cash plan, and wellness programmes.
