About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Proposals Coordinator to join our Work Winning team at Galldris Group. As a key member of our bid team, you will play a crucial role in the preconstruction phase of potential projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting Proposal Documentation: Develop high-quality proposal documentation, including EOIs, RFIs, PQQs, and ITTs, in collaboration with the bid team.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance with proposal submissions, including data gathering, document proofing, and editing.
  • Library Management: Maintain and administer a library of reusable written content, templates, and processes to ensure efficiency across submissions.
  • Post-Bid Activities: Support post-bid activities, such as presentation creation and information logging.
  • Opportunity Monitoring: Assist in monitoring and logging opportunities through procurement portals.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience working within a bid team, drafting, reviewing, and submitting proposal responses.
  • Skills: Excellent writing and grammar skills, effective communication and organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and manage multiple tasks.
  • Software Proficiency: Competent in Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
