We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Senior Residential Support Worker at our home in South Ayrshire. About the Role

As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with the management of day-to-day operations within our services. This will include engaging in and managing each child's plan, ensuring that these plans are implemented with the highest standards of care and professionalism.
