Senior Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team at Aspris Scotland. As a key member of our support function, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care and professionalism in the management of day-to-day operations within our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of each child's plan, ensuring that their needs are met and their plans are implemented with the highest standards of care and professionalism.
  • Engage with children and young people, promoting their independence and well-being, and supporting them in achieving their goals.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective support function, promoting a positive and inclusive environment for all.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring that they are aligned with the values and principles of Aspris Scotland.
