About the Role

The successful candidate will be joining Penderels Trust, a leading not-for-profit organisation that provides independent living services to individuals with disabilities and healthcare needs nationwide.

Salary: £23,088 per annum

Job Type: Full-time

Hours: 37 hours per week

Working Days & Times: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to all staff including production of letters and other documents, producing invoices, taking minutes and providing recruitment assistance.
  • Manage an internal database, including the uploading of new referrals and other relevant documentation.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies.
Requirements
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (including Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Ability to input and maintain accurate data records.
  • GCSE Grade '4' or equivalent in English and Maths.
