Charity Administration Support Specialist

Are you a detail-oriented individual with excellent administrative skills? Do you have experience with online accounting software and basic bookkeeping knowledge? We are seeking a skilled Charity Administration Support Specialist to join our team at Peasholme Charity on a part-time basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing bank activity, and preparing year-end accounts. They will also support the charity with reports, payroll, budgets, and general administration tasks.
We offer a competitive salary of £22,814 per annum (pro rata) and a supportive work environment. Benefits include bereavement leave, casual dress, company pension, employee mentoring programme, sick pay, store discount, and work from home options.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining financial records and processing bank activity
- Preparing year-end accounts and budgets
