International Benefits Administrator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled International Benefits Administrator to join our team at Omnipresent Group. As a key member of our global employment services team, you will be responsible for the administration and coordination of employee benefits across various countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations, market trends, and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the administration and coordination of employee benefits, including insurances, retirement plans, flexible benefits, wellness programs, and other country-specific benefits.
- Maintain accurate records of benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations, and ensure data integrity across all platforms.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing data on benefits market trends to support benefit design and launches in new countries.
Requirements:
- Proficient in English with great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualifications in Benefits, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Comfortable learning new software and tools quickly and experience with spreadsheets and databases.
