- Work collaboratively with patients' families and carers to discuss care plans and provide emotional support.
- Utilize excellent analytical skills and sound decision-making to navigate complex clinical situations.
- Operate and maintain specialized equipment, such as monitors and ventilators, to ensure patient safety and well-being.
- A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Paediatric environment within the last 3 years.
- Compliance with NMC Professional Registration and adherence to current nursing practices.
- Possession of a Paediatric Nursing Degree.
