Mental Health Care Assistant

As a Mental Health Care Assistant, you'll play a key role in our team, working closely with colleagues to provide exceptional care and support to our service users.

**Job Summary:**

We're seeking an individual with a genuine drive to make a real difference in the lives of adults with autism and learning disabilities. You'll be responsible for offering enhanced care with a flexible learning approach, delivering specialist support interventions alongside a clinical team, and adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of each individual. Your excellent communication and teamwork skills will enable you to work effectively with colleagues and contribute to a safe, clean environment for all.

**Salary:** £22,500 - £26,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
