Job Title: Qualified Social Worker

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a locum Social Worker in Adult Social Care. The position involves working with vulnerable adults, managing complex cases, and ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.

As a locum Social Worker, you will be responsible for traveling county-wide to cover acute duties and Pathway 2 beds. This requires strong hospital experience and skills in safeguarding inquiries and case management.

The salary for this position is £35 per hour, with additional expenses for hard-to-recruit geographical areas including £150 accommodation/commuter mileage allowance. The contract is for at least 3 months with two weekly reviews of outstanding vacancies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage safeguarding inquiries and complex case work.
  • Travel county-wide to cover acute duties and Pathway 2 beds.

Requirements:
  • Driving is essential for this role.
  • Hospital SW experience and skills are required.
Working Conditions:

This position requires 5 days per week in the office. Hybrid working is not available.

Remuneration:

A consistent pay rate of £35 per hour applies, with expenses for hard-to-recruit geographical areas including £150 accommodation/commuter mileage allowance.
