**Key Responsibilities**

  2. Devise effective safety plans, reducing the risk of safeguarding issues and improving outcomes.
  3. Work closely with locality management, healthcare providers, education services, and third sector organizations to ensure seamless service delivery.

**Salary and Benefits**

The salary for this role is £38,934 - £40,755, reflecting your expertise and commitment to supporting vulnerable families. You will also have access to a pension scheme with an employer contribution of 20%, ongoing professional development opportunities, and a flexible working arrangement.
