Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Family Development Worker to join our team in Enfield. The successful candidate will have a strong background in working with vulnerable families and a proven track record of delivering high-quality services.

The Family Development Worker will be responsible for providing intensive support to families who are struggling to cope with various challenges. This may include supporting parents with complex needs such as domestic violence, worklessness, child neglect, and substance misuse.

The successful candidate will be passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of families and will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: £23/hour, Full-time, 35 hours/week
