As a key member of the Emerging Talent & Careers team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of our direct-entry apprentices. Your passion for learning and development will be instrumental in helping individuals reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and analyze the Emerging Talent & Careers portal, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify apprenticeship opportunities and procure new providers as needed.
- Review learner evaluation forms to ensure providers are delivering high-quality programs that meet business needs.
- Monitor learner progress reports and conduct quarterly reviews with colleagues to ensure effective support.
- Coordinate learner registrations, progress monitoring, certifications, internal/external meetings, and business development opportunities.
- Contribute to the creation of learning and development materials, including lunch and learns, and deliver awareness sessions.
- Liaise with training providers and key partners to ensure colleagues and learners receive a high-quality service and development.
- Strong understanding of apprenticeships and their implementation.
- Experience in planning and coordinating programs and projects.
- Ability to work in a flexible and varied environment, with a willingness to support events as needed.
- Excellent IT, administrative, organizational, task management, and time management skills.
