We are looking for a Subcontractor Procurement Manager to join our team at Merit. This exciting opportunity comes with a salary of $65,000 - $90,000 per year.

Job Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for liaising with embedded partners, gathering information, and leading subcontractor negotiations. Key responsibilities include conducting due diligence, adjudication, contract compilation, purchasing, and reporting. Regular tasks involve working with other departments, providing data, and performing administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • A good understanding of NEC and JCT contracts
  • CIPS Level 4 or 5
  • Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products is essential
