Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our contract management team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with embedded partners, compiling enquiry information, and leading subcontractor negotiations. Your key responsibilities will include due diligence, adjudication, contract compilation, purchasing, and reporting. You will also liaise with other departments, provide information, and perform administrative duties on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compiling enquiry information and leading subcontractor negotiations
• Due diligence, adjudication, contract compilation, purchasing, and reporting
• Liaising with other departments and providing information

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a good understanding of NEC and JCT contracts, CIPS Level 4 or 5, strong communication, organisational, and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft products is also essential. Knowledge of modular building and cost tracking is advantageous.
