**Job Description**

As a Portfolio Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a section of our product portfolio, working closely with sales and product development teams to drive business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the product lifecycle to ensure the addition of new products for business expansion.
  • Serving as a global product expert, knowing each product's application, features, and unique selling points.
  • Understanding product sales, margins, pricing, and performance across markets, regions, and key customers.

You will also be required to maintain competitive knowledge of each product, identify customer needs, and translate them into clear product specifications for development. Additionally, you will build business cases for new products, collaborate with sales for forecasts and pricing, and work with development for cost targets.

We are looking for an experienced professional who can lead sales and marketing strategies, define product launches, and provide ongoing support. If you have a background in product development or project management in an engineering environment, are commercially aware, and able to collaborate with multiple departments, we encourage you to apply.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or equivalent in engineering or business.
