Job Title: Data Management Specialist

Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum

Pure Fishing is a leading global provider of fishing tackle, lures, rods and reels with a portfolio of brands.

We are dedicated to helping you have more fun and catch more fish. As a Data Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our customer and vendor master data in SAP.

About the Role:

  1. Create and maintain accurate customer and vendor master data in SAP.
  2. Process master data requests in a professional and timely manner in accordance with departmental procedures and controls.
  3. Develop Standard Operating Procedures for all relevant processes.
  4. Liaise with stakeholders to align practices across the team.
  5. Perform other similar administration duties and responsibilities as and when required to support the finance team.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within a Finance function.
  2. A good working knowledge of using SAP is highly desirable.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft packages, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
  4. Meticulous attention to detail and able to produce and maintain high accuracy levels with data.
  5. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate appropriately with different stakeholders and build strong working relationships.
  6. Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise a busy workload.
