About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Specialist to join our team as a Building Services Coordinator. In this role, you will provide critical support to our project delivery team, ensuring that building services packages are managed effectively and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include coordinating between various services, managing technical submissions, change in design and specification, and handling queries or issues in a proactive manner. You will also review progress, chair meetings as required, and ensure that all aspects of the project are completed to the highest standard.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of building services engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A full UK driving license is also essential.
