Job Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities and Cleaning Specialist to join our team at Baltic Recruitment Limited.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the school premises are clean and well-maintained, adhering to health and safety standards. You will work closely with colleagues to provide a safe and comfortable environment for students and staff.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. To maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the school premises.
  2. To ensure all waste is disposed of correctly, adhering to environmental policies.
  3. To participate in deep cleaning activities during school closures.

Key Requirements:

  • Fully supported references.
  • Willingness to undergo training.
  • Manual handling training.
  • COSHH training.
  • Experience of cleaning within a school, organisation, or business.
  • Able to work in a busy and demanding environment.

Benefits
