Digital Risk and Controls Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Risk and Controls Consultant to join our Digital Platforms and SEO team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing risk and controls across multiple squads, ensuring that our digital brochureware platforms meet and exceed regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Online Sales Risk Control process, ensuring that pages are reviewed and updated regularly by the squads.
- Coordinate Consumer Duty and Understanding control processes for Digital Platforms and SEO, collaborating with other teams across the society.
- Ensure Accessibility accreditation and compliance processes are established and followed.
- Manage cookie and data policy processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Work with suppliers to ensure quarterly business reviews and RFPs are conducted effectively.
- Horizon scan to identify potential risks and implement controls to mitigate them.
About You:
- Experience working in a digital team with tight regulation and a focus on risk controls and mitigations.
- Evidenced understanding of Consumer Duty, Vulnerability, and Understanding within financial services.
- Experience with risk planning and controls implementation.
- Evidenced experience working with suppliers.
- Experience working in an agile and data-driven environment.
