Automotive Marketing Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior B2B Marketing Manager to join our team at Bupa Global. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive business growth and awareness across the UK markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy and plan to achieve commercial goals in B2B channels
- Identify and build opportunities and platforms that align with the global brand strategy
- Manage budgets effectively to support the marketing plan and deliver best results without overspending
- Collaborate with external agencies to create and deliver high-quality content and creative assets
- Support the B2B sales team with collateral and content to drive pipeline growth
- Own and lead delivery of marketing reports to provide updates and analysis on ROI against key performance indicators
Requirements:
- Significant experience as a Senior Marketing Manager in a B2B, Account-based role
- Broad experience of using multiple channels, online, offline, events, sponsorships, and PR
- Demonstrable experience of building and executing a marketing strategy that positively impacts awareness and pipeline growth
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present at executive leadership level
- Experience managing external agencies for creative, media, PR, and events
