SEN Teaching Assistant

About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and proactive Teaching Assistant to join our team at Teach Now. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of the current curriculum and be able to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting students with SEN in a classroom setting
- Assisting with lesson planning and delivery
- Managing behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
Requirements:
- Experience working with IEPs and supporting students with anxiety and emotional struggles
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage students
- Completed DBS or willingness to complete one
