SEN Teaching Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a vibrant primary school in Waltham Forest. As an SEN TA, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with various special educational needs, including ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and non-verbal students.
Key Responsibilities:- Support students with ADHD, ASD, and other SEN needs on a one-to-one and group basis.
- Assist non-verbal students with communication, utilizing innovative tools and resources.
- Help develop and implement personalized learning plans in collaboration with teachers.
- Celebrate small victories, foster confidence, and promote independence.
