Clinical Solutions Specialist

Getinge Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Solutions Specialist to join our team in Manchester & North West, England. As a key member of our Surgical Workplaces service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will have a recognized qualification in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering and experience of field-based work. They will be proficient in Microsoft Office and have a strong understanding of CRM systems such as GForce. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards working as part of a team are essential.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities will include dealing with customers, demonstrating first-class interpersonal skills in a courteous and professional manner at all times. You will also be required to carry out routine testing of Getinge equipment to relevant standards and undertake mechanical servicing of equipment.
What We Offer
Getinge offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, private healthcare, travel and subsistence allowance, engineers' bonus scheme, shopping discounts through Perkbox, and an Employee Assistance Programme.
