About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Maxillofacial Sales Representative to join our team in the South West and South Central regions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer engagement in targeted accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and grow Stryker's presence in the market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and effective execution of sales plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a science or business-related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Results-driven and goal-oriented, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively (up to 90% of the time).
