We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Specialist to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. In this rewarding role, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.
About the Role:
- You will work closely with our residents, their families, and our care teams to deliver person-centered care that meets individual needs and preferences.
- Assist with daily living tasks, providing emotional support and companionship to enhance the quality of life for our residents.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months' experience in caring for older people or individuals with complex needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
