Total Rewards Expertise Required

We are looking for a skilled Total Rewards Professional to join our team at Scottish Power's Glasgow HQ as a contractor. This 12-month contract opportunity offers a challenging role.

Responsibilities
  • You will oversee the execution of key activities within the annual reward cycle, encompassing performance management, merit, and bonus cycles.
  • Collaborate with HR departments to formulate pay negotiation strategies and offer technical guidance on pay movements and cost modeling.
  • Deliver expert advice and support on remuneration and benefits practices to foster a culture of employee attraction, retention, and engagement.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of external market data to inform your advice and guidance on market trends.
  • Contribute to the development of the company's employee benefits program, involving the procurement of new benefits and negotiation of contracts.
  • Nurture strong relationships with external consultants and third-party service providers.
  • Support the execution of the annual group reward cycle process to ensure timely completion.
  • Remain current with industry best practices and external regulatory changes influencing the reward function.
  • Identify areas for improvement in existing reward policies, develop solutions, and implement changes.
  • Offer remuneration and employee benefits consultancy to UK businesses, managers, employees, and HR professionals.
Essential Requirements
  • Previous experience delivering strategic reward consultancy services to diverse businesses.
  • Proven project management skills for complex reward projects within large organizations.
  • Experience in providing strategic reward consultancy to complex businesses with multiple business units.
Compensation Package:

£70,000 - £90,000 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience.
