Take your Learning & Development expertise to the next level with the Nicholas Associates Group Limited as a Talent Development Business Partner. In this exciting role, you will work independently to drive business growth through effective talent development strategies.
About the RoleThis standalone L&D Business Partner position offers a unique opportunity to design, deliver, and evaluate impactful learning initiatives that drive business results. You will be responsible for identifying skills gaps, creating tailored development programs, and collaborating with teams to promote awareness and adoption of development opportunities.
A strong career history in standalone roles or small-team environments, combined with proven skills in designing, delivering, and evaluating L&D programs, is essential for success in this position. Confidence in using Learning Management Systems and tools like Microsoft Office, as well as strong relationship-building and communication skills, are also highly valued.
Key Responsibilities- Identify skills gaps and create tailored development programs to bridge them.
- Maximise the Apprenticeship Levy, identifying opportunities and managing provider relationships.
- Partner with teams to design and deliver engaging content in key areas like customer service and operational standards.
- Keep onboarding fresh and effective, setting new hires up for success.
- Collaborate with teams to drive awareness and promote development opportunities.
- Equip leaders with the tools they need to create and implement effective local learning plans.
The Nicholas Associates Group Limited offers a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a bonus of up to 20% based on performance. You will also receive 29 days annual leave + bank holidays and enjoy hybrid working arrangements, with 3 days in the office and flexibility to work from home.
