Job Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced Regional HR Business Partner to join their team. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support business goals and drive performance.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  2. Talent Management: Lead initiatives for talent acquisition, development, and retention, ensuring the best candidates are hired and developed.
  3. Employee Engagement: Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting employee well-being and addressing any concerns or issues.
  4. Performance Management: Support performance management processes, providing guidance on evaluations, feedback, and development plans.
  5. Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations, reviewing and updating HR policies as needed.
  6. Change Management: Assist in managing organisational change, supporting employees through transitions and developments.

Requirements:
  1. At least 3 years experience in a business partner/manager level role.
  2. Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relationships, and HR strategies.
  3. Proven experience in managing employee relations issues and driving organisational change.
  4. Strong analytical skills and experience with HR metrics and reporting.
