**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bid Manager to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for creating compelling and persuasive proposals in response to various tender invitations and bid opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and manage proposals from start to finish, ensuring timely submission and high-quality content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercial, project managers, engineers, and external agencies, to gather information and insights for proposal development.
- Manage and enhance our marketing efforts to increase brand visibility and drive business growth through the management of a marketing/social media assistant.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the construction industry, including market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in proposal development and management.
**Requirements**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in bid management, proposal development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful proposal development and submission.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
