Role Description
The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that all training programs and metrics are maintained and updated regularly. This includes developing and implementing new training programs, monitoring their effectiveness, and making adjustments as needed. Additionally, the successful candidate will support health and safety training to ensure employees are aware of company policies and provide staff inductions to train new employees on company policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have experience in continuous improvement and training, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of industry standards.
