Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with current and prospective customers, providing advice on purchasing holiday homes, and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive resolution of after-sales complaints.

  • Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers
  • Provide advice to customers regarding the purchase of a holiday home
  • Follow up on telephone leads and enquiries made face-to-face
  • Deal with customer queries relating to warranty and after-sales issues
  • Monitor and help resolve after-sales complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
