Ashlea is one of the UK’s leading privately owned landscaping contractors with its Head Office based in Carnforth.

We are currently recruiting for:
**Business Administrator**

The main duties and responsibilities of the role include but is not exhaustive:

- Answering Phone calls
- Daily post; incoming & outgoing
- Ordering stationary
- Booking accommodation
- Booking room hire
- Scanning and saving documents
- Recruitment Administration
- Time sheet allocation for Ashlea operatives
- Maintaining up to date contact information for office and mobile phones
- Updating and maintaining the website
- Subcontract Administration
- Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Administration working alongside our SHEQ manager
- Ordering PPE
- Maintaining operatives qualifications - ensuring all qualifications are in date
- Arranging training courses
- Ordering competency cards
- Working with the Estimating team to assist with booking in new tender enquiries
- Assisting with the setting up of new projects folders
- Manage and update the project folder tracker and subcontract receipt and return register
- Managing tender enquiry portals
- Managing Quality Assurance Portals - ensuring all certification is up to date
- Complete Pre Qualification Documentation for Clients
- A high level of IT proficiency, particularly within Microsoft Excel
- Able to demonstrate good communication skills at all levels
- Strong organisational skills
- Willingness to learn and an enthusiasm to develop into the role
- Experience in a similar role is essential
