Business Development Specialist

WCF Fuels North West is seeking a sales-driven individual to join our team in Carnforth, Lancashire. As a Commercial Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in new customer acquisition and nurturing our existing portfolio of customers.
About the RoleThis is a full or part-time position working 37.5 hours per week between core operating hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. You will be responsible for:
- Increasing customer retention and acquisition through effective inbound and outbound call management.
- Enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement through various initiatives.
- Managing accounts for both commercial and domestic customers to maintain high standards of customer service and support.
- Monitoring and reporting on sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase customer base and retain existing customers.
- Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance brand awareness and drive sales growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to drive customer retention and acquisition.
- Previous experience in sales or account management is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
- A can-do attitude and ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
