Sales Progressor Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Progressor to join our team at PEAR RECRUITMENT LIMITED. As a Sales Progressor, you will be responsible for managing the sales progression process from accepted offer through to completion, ensuring all parties are kept fully informed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing the sales progression process from accepted offer through to completion
* Maintaining files for each sale and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed
* Liaising with conveyancers / solicitors, surveyors and financial advisors
* Experience in Sales Progression
* Excellent IT skills with intermediate MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Requirements:
* Extremely well organized with great customer service experience
* Live within 30 minutes of the office
