We are seeking an experienced Sales Progressor to join our team at PEAR RECRUITMENT. As a Sales Progressor, you will play a crucial role in managing the sales progression process from accepted offer through to completion, ensuring all parties are kept fully informed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the sales progression process, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with all parties.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date files for each sale, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed.
  • Liaise with conveyancers, solicitors, surveyors, and financial advisors to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Utilize excellent IT skills, including intermediate MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to support sales progression activities.
Requirements:
