We are seeking an experienced Sales Progressor to join our team at PEAR RECRUITMENT LIMITED. As a Sales Progressor, you will be responsible for managing the sales progression process from accepted offer through to completion, ensuring all parties are kept fully informed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the sales progression process from accepted offer through to completion
• Maintaining files for each sale and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed
• Liaising with conveyancers / solicitors, surveyors and financial advisors

Requirements:

• Experience in Sales Progression
• Excellent IT skills with intermediate MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational skills and great customer service experience
