Property Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced Sales Progressor to join our team at PEAR RECRUITMENT. As a Sales Progressor, you will be responsible for managing the sales progression process from accepted offer through to completion, ensuring all parties are kept fully informed.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the sales progression process, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with all parties.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date files for each sale, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed.
- Liaise with conveyancers, solicitors, surveyors, and financial advisors to ensure smooth progression of sales.
- Utilize excellent IT skills, including intermediate MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to support sales progression activities.
- Proven experience in sales progression, with a strong understanding of the sales process.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications.
