About the Role

As a Support Practitioner, you will assist individuals with all aspects of daily living, including cooking, housework, shopping, medication, and finances. You will play a vital role in helping them reach their goals and participate actively in their local community.

About You
  • A caring attitude and approach are essential for this role.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds are necessary.
  • An understanding of the importance of following guidelines and routines is also required.

We offer a competitive salary of £23,000 per annum and a range of benefits, including paid training and funding for your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) qualification and yearly SSSC registration fees.

Working Arrangements

Shift patterns will involve early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, sleepovers, waking nights, and public holidays on a rotational basis. As we're dedicated to providing around-the-clock support tailored to the needs of each individual, this role requires flexibility and adaptability.
