As a Dundee Mental Health Outreach Support worker, you will be responsible for providing direct emotional wellbeing and practical support to individuals in need, helping them to improve their mental health and wellbeing. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others.

Your role will involve working with individuals on a 1-2-1 or group basis, in their homes and communities, to identify their strengths, issues, and goals. You will work with them to encourage them to recognize and use their existing strengths, facilitate building new skills to build momentum in independent living skills, self-management, personal recovery, and building capacity.
