Care Support Specialist

**Job Summary**
Radis Community Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Providing personal care and support with daily living activities, such as washing, dressing, and toileting.
- Assisting with medication administration, under the guidance of our trained staff.
- Preparing meals and snacks, and assisting with household duties.
- Supporting individuals with their daily routines and providing emotional support and companionship.
