Job Summary:

Radis Community Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team in providing high-quality care services to individuals in their own homes. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with their daily needs, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with medication administration, as trained and supervised
  • Prepare and serve meals, as needed
  • Support clients with daily household tasks, such as laundry and cleaning
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals

Requirements:

  • Valid NVQ qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable transportation, with a valid driver's license (for evening shifts)
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
