Job Title: IT Support Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team at InterQuest Group. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, ensuring that their IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Problem Resolution: Analyze and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their technical needs and provide solutions.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve technical skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in IT support or related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, strong analytical and technical skills.
